License required together with the local market knowledge and ability to demonstrate drive and determination on a career level. Compensation includes 70 percent  commission split increasing to 90 percent at $100,000 gross annual production plus sponsoring bonus. Sponsoring bonus is equivalent to 10% of your sponsored agents’ gross production up to $10,000 per sponsored agent per year. Agents required to complete The Road to Success Training program which is provided free of charge.
